At Tina's Korner, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom gift baskets. Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Because our gift baskets often include personalized items, handcrafted goods, and perishable products, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy to maintain our standards of quality and service.

All custom-designed or personalized gift baskets are considered Final Sale. Once an order for a custom basket has been placed and production has commenced, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. This includes baskets with specific themes, personalized messages, or items selected specifically for the customer.

For health and safety reasons, any gift baskets containing perishable items (including food, candles, and similar products) are non-returnable and non-refundable. The only exception is if a perishable item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (see Section 5 below). We recommend that customers inspect their delivery immediately upon receipt.

If you have purchased a pre-assembled, non-customized, and non-perishable gift basket (or non-perishable items within a gift basket) from our online storefront, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
• Condition of Items: Only non-perishable, unused, unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return. The basket itself and any decorative wrapping must be intact and in its original condition.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation number is required for all returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within five (5) to ten (10) business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if items are missing or not in their original condition).

We take every precaution to ensure your gift basket arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, contains a defective item, or includes incorrect items:

• You must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
• Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue (including the packaging and contents, when applicable).
• Once verified, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund (in whole or in part), depending on item availability and the nature of the issue.
• Original Shipping: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end (such as damaged items on arrival or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Orders for standard, non-custom inventory may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once an item has entered the shipping process, the standard return policy applies.
